Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Last updated: September 23, 2026. All timeframes below are in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

1. Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO). If you enter an address in one of those places, checkout will not offer a shipping method.

We do deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box are sent with USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

2. How long it takes

Order processing: 3-5 business days
Transit: 8-12 business days
Total estimated delivery: 11-17 business days from the day you order

Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT, Monday through Friday, start processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, start processing on the next business day.

3. Where your order ships from

Our skirts are made in China. cheerlyz does not operate a store, showroom or warehouse in the United States. Our address in Kalispell, Montana is a registered business address only. Your order is picked, packed and shipped by our partner's warehouse in China and then carried to you in the United States by USPS or FedEx. That is why the transit window above is longer than a domestic-only store.

4. Shipping cost

Flat rate: $7.95 per order
Free shipping on orders of $60.00 or more

The $60 threshold is measured on your order total after any discount code is applied. If a discount brings your total below $60, the $7.95 flat rate applies.

5. Duties and taxes

Import duties on the international movement of your parcel are already included in the price you see. You will not be asked to pay a customs or duty charge when your order is delivered. We do not add sales tax at checkout.

6. Tracking

When your order leaves the warehouse we email a tracking number to the address on the order. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show its first scan after the label is created. A created label is not the same as a delivered parcel, and we count delivery from the carrier's own delivery scan.

7. Changing or cancelling an order

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, at no cost, by emailing support@cheerlyz.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order may already be in picking and we cannot guarantee a cancellation. Once it has shipped, please use the returns process instead.

8. Wrong address, refused and undeliverable parcels

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete, incorrect or refused, we will contact you and can reship it once you confirm a correct address; you pay the $7.95 flat rate again for the second shipment. If you prefer a refund instead, we refund the item price and keep the original shipping charge.

9. Delays and lost parcels

Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections can push a delivery past the 11-17 business day estimate. If your order has not arrived 25 business days after you placed it and tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email us and we will open a claim with the carrier and either reship or refund you.
